1993-035 Oro THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO BY-LAW NO. 93-35 Being a By-law to Appoint a By-Law Enforcement Officer (Constable Robert I. Robinson) WHEREAS the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, section 207, Subsection 45, provides that a Council of a Municipality may by By-Law appoint such officers and servants as may be necessary for the purposes of the Corporation; AND WHEREAS Council for The corporation of the Township of Oro deem it necessary to appoint a By-Law Enforcement Officer for the purposes of by-law offences; NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Township of Oro hereby enacts as follows: 1. THAT Constable Robert I. Robinson is appointed By-law Enforcement Officer for The corporation of the Township of Oro. 2. THAT the By-law Enforcement Officer is charged with the duty and responsibility of enforcement of all By-laws t The Corporation of the Township of Oro as deemed appropriate. 3. THAT no remuneration or monetary reward will be paid to the By-law Enforcement Officer for such duties and responsibilities performed jointly in the capacity of Constable for the ontario Provincial Police, or otherwise. 4. THAT this By-law shall come into full force and effect on its final passing thereof. READ a first and second time this 21st day of April, 1993.
