BEING A BY-LAW TO CONFIRM THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE MEETING OF COUNCIL I
HELD ON WEDNESDAY, APRIL 21, 1993

i~EF;~~~~~ OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO HEREBY ENACTS I
1. THAT the action of the Council at its Meeting held on ~I
Wednesday, April 21, 1993, and in respect to the Special PUbli.
Meeting of Council held Wednesday, April 7, 1993, and in I
respect to each recommendation contained in the Report of the
Committee of the Whole Meeting held Wednesday, April 14, 1993,
and in respect to each Motion, Resolution and other actions
passed and taken by the Council at its said Meetings is, excep
where prior approval of the ontario Municipal Board is I
required, hereby adopted, ratified and confirmed. I
2. THAT the Reeve and the proper Officials of the Township are i
give effect to the said action or to obtain approvals where
required and to execute all documents as may be necessary on
behalf of the Council of the corporation of the Township of
Oro. And, the Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to affi
the corporate seal to all said documents. I
