THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO
BY-LAW NO. 93- 84
BEING A BY-LAW TO REZONE PART OF THE EAST HALF OF LOT 23,
CONCESSION 2, FURTHER DESCRIBED AS PART 1 ON REFERENCE
PLAN 51R-24165
WHEREAS Zoning By-law No. 1031 was enacted to regulate the use of
land and the character, location and use of buildings and
structures within the Township of Oro;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the corporation of the Township of Oro
deems it appropriate to further amend By-law No. 1031, as amended;
AND WHEREAS this By-law is in conformity with the Official Plan of
the Township of Oro;

AND WHEREAS authority is granted pursuant to section 34 of the
Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990, to the Council of the Corporation of
the Township of Oro to exercise such powers;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule "F", Map 4 to By-law 1031 for the Township of Oro, as
amended, is hereby further amended by rezoning those lands
shown on Schedule "A", attached hereto, from the Agricultural
(A) Zone to the Rural Residential (RUR) Zone.
2. Schedule "A", attached, forms part of this By-law.
3. This By-law shall take effect and come into force pursuant to
the provisions of and regulations made under the Planning Act,
R.S.O. 1990.

A By-law to Rezone Part of Lot 1 and West Part of Lot 2, Concession
7, Township of Oro, County of Simcoe.
WHEREAS zoning By-law No. 1031 was enacted to regulate the use of
land and the character, location and use of buildings and
structures within the Township of Oro;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the corporation of the Township of Oro
deems it appropriate to further amend By-law No. 1031, as amended;
AND WHEREAS this By-law is in conformity with the Official Plan of
the Township of Oro;
AND WHEREAS authority is granted pursuant to section 34 of the
Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990, to the Council of the corporation of
the Township of Oro to exercise such powers.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORa
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule "F", Map 2 and Schedule "F", Map 11 to By-law 1031
for the Township of Oro as amended, is hereby further amended
by rezoning those lands shown on Schedule "A", attached
hereto, from the Rural (RU) Zone to the General Residential
Hold (RG (H)) Zone, and from the Rural (RU) Zone to the
Recreation and Open Space (OS1) Zone, and from the Rural (RU)
Zone to the Inherent Hazard Lands (OS2) Zone.
2. Schedules "A" and "B", attached, form part of this By-law.
3. This By-law shall take effect and corne into force upon
approval of Official Plan Amendment Number 66 and pursuant to
the provisions of and regulations made under the Planning Act,
R.S.O., 1990.
