All Council and staff participated via Zoom platform.
1. Call to Order - Moment of Reflection:
Mayor Greenlaw assumed the Chair at the above noted time and called the meeting to order.
2. Adoption of Agenda:
a) Motion to Adopt the Agenda.

Be it resolved that the agenda for the Council meeting of Wednesday, April 5, 2023 be
received and adopted.
3. Disclosure of Pecuniary Interest:
None.

a) Minutes of Council meeting held on Wednesday March 1, 2023.

Be it resolved that the draft minutes of the Council meeting held on Wednesday, March 1,
2023 be received and adopted as printed and circulated.

b) Recommendations of the Development Services Committee meeting held on
Wednesday, April 5, 2023.

Be it resolved that the recommendations of the Development Services Committee meeting
held on Wednesday, April 5, 2023 be adopted.

5. By -Laws:
a) 2023-022: A By-law to Amend By-law 2019-056 being a By-law to Designate Areas of
the Township of Oro-Medonte as Site Plan Control Areas.

Be it resolved that
a) 2023-022: A By-law to Amend By-law 2019-056 being a By-law to Designate Areas of
the Township of Oro-Medonte as Site Plan Control Areas
be read a first, second and third time, passed, be engrossed by the Deputy Clerk, signed
and sealed by the Mayor.

Be it resolved that By -Law No. 2023-025: Being a by-law to confirm the proceedings of the
