4. Other Business

Deputation by Jack Jermey for proposed consent application. Mr. Jenney
explained that he owned two parcels of land that had previously been one parcel
before the ridge road split them apart. He indicated that he had a total of over 100
acres and he felt that he should be entitled to a severance as a bona fide farmer
since it was not he fault that the ridge road split the parcels. The Committee
advised Mr. Jenney of their limitations with the existing parcels and explained
that as the one parcel was currently vacant Mr. Jermey would be entitled to a
building permit on that parcel without a severance.
