Member Joe Charles stated that he does not feel that he has a pecuniary interest
regarding application A-44/03 but as an adjoining neighbour, he believes that he may
have views on this application as a concerned neighbour and resident.

Secretary- Treasurer;
2. That the applicant prepare and submit 3 original copies of the deeds for the
parcel(s) severed, one copy to be retained by the Municipality;

3. As the intent of this decision is that Section 50(3) or 50(5) of the Planning Act
apply to this consent, such that the severed parcel and the abutting property
located at Concession 7, East Part Lot 4, South East Part Lot 5, former Township
of Medonte, owned by John Patterson, merge on title, a solicitor's letter of
undertaking, in the form of the Township's standard "Solicitor's Undertaking - Re:
Lot Addition Title Merger", be required to be submitted to ensure the merger of
title will occur;
4. That the Township receives a 1 square foot conveyance of land, free and clear of
all and any encumbrances, from the property being enlarged at Concession 7, East
Part Lot 4, South East Part Lot 5, former Township of Medonte. The applicant
shall pay all costs related to this condition, including any costs for surveying
and/or any costs related to the preparation and/ or registration of any required
municipal by-law related to the said conveyance; and,
5. That the conditions of consent imposed by the Committee be fulfilled within one
year from the date of the giving of this notice as noted below.
