Carried. MOTION NO. 10 Moved by Mortson, seconded by Dalziel Be it resolved that the Minutes of the Oro-Medonte Recreation Advisory Committee Meeting held May 19, 1994 be received. Carried. MOTION NO. 11 Moved by Dickie, seconded by Crokam Be it resolved that the Ball Diamond Allocation Policy be amended to reflect that final requests for diamond time be submitted before the Ball Diamond User Group Meeting is held in order to assure fair allotment of diamond time. Carried. MOTION NO. 12 Moved by Dalziel, seconded by Caldwell Be it resolved that Pauline Henderson, Jennifer Williams, Shauna Laffin, Rebecca Partridge, Jeff McKenzie and Bob Leigh be hired as Day Camp Staff as proposed by the Parks and Recreation Manager. Carried. - 4 - MOTION NO. 13 Moved by Dalziel, seconded by Crawford Be it resolved that the Minutes of the History Committee Meeting held May 10, 1994 be received. Carried. MOTION NO. 14 Moved by Caldwell, seconded by Crokam Be it resolved that Report No. 94-15 of the Special Committee of the Whole Meeting held May 30, 1994 be received and the recommendations contained therein be adopted. Carried. MOTION NO. 15 Moved by Mortson, seconded by Dalziel Be it resolved that a By-law to amend By-law 94-44, a By-law prescribing the tariff of fees for processing planning applications, be introduced and read a first and second time and numbered By-law No. 94-97. that By-law No. 94-97 be read a third time and finally passed, be engrossed by the Clerk, signed and sealed by the Deputy Mayor. Carried. MOTION NO. l6 Moved by Dickie, seconded by Caldwell Be it resolved that a By-law to amend By-law No. 94-51 being a By-law to provide for remuneration and expenses to members of Council; its Appointees to Local Boards and Committees; and Expenses for Employees, be introduced and read a first and second time and numbered By-Law No. 94-98 That By-Law No. 94-98 be read a third time and finally passed, be engrossed by the Clerk, signed and sealed by the Deputy Mayor. Carried. MOTION NO. 17 Moved by Crokam, seconded by Dickie Be it resolved that a By-law to regulate the construction of driveway entrances upon the highways under the jurisdiction of The Corporation of the Township of Oro-Medonte, be introduced and read a first and second time and numbered By-Law No. 94-99 That By-Law No. 94-99 be read a third time and finally passed, be engrossed by the Clerk, signed and sealed by the Deputy Mayor.
