authorized to issue a cheque to cover assoc~ated costs and fur the

Mr. Alderson was given leave to address Council at which time he
reiterated the points in his correspondence.

Be it resolved that the correspondence from Ronald Alderson
regarding enforcement of Municipal By-laws and Provincial
Legislation be received and the administrator be dir7cted,to resp C
advising of the Township of Oro-Medonte's procedure ~n th~s re~ar
and that this matter be taken up at the February 10, 1994 Comm~tt
of the Whole.

MOTION NO. 13

Be it resolved that
WHEREAS the Police Village of Hillsdale have overspent their 1993
budget and reserves;
AND WHEREAS the Trustees had authorized works to be done within t E
pump house;
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Township of Oro-Medonte
authorizes on behalf of the Police Village of Hillsdale payment of
an invoice from Buie & BUker Drilling Ltd. in the amount of
$1,929.48,
AND FURTHER be it resolved that the general accounts of the Townsh'I
will fund the over expenditure as at the end of 1993;
AND FURTHER that the Township of Oro-Medonte will consider this to
be an item for compensation and reimbursement under section 32 of
the County of Simcoe Act, and the Township of Springwater be so
advised.
