Drury assumed the chair and opened the meeting wi prayer. 1. "DISCLOSURE OF PECUNIARY INTEREST AND THE GENERAL NATURE THEREOF - IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ACT": Reeve Caldwell, Councillor Crawford and Mayor Drury declared pecuniary interest with item 8(a) on the agenda, confidential correspondence, Aird & Berlis re: B.A.F.M.A.. The nature bei g the members are being sued by B.A.F.M.A. and engaged in litigation. Mayor Drury vacated the chair to Deputy Mayor Beard, and along with Councillor Crawford and Reeve Caldwell, left the diocese and did not discuss or vote on the matter. 2. DEPUTATIONS: (none) 3.
