THEREOF - IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ACT":
Councillor Larry Cotton declared an interest with item 9. (e) bein
correspondence from Millsplan re: Georgian Drive Secondary Plan.
The nature being Councillor Cotton acted in Staff capacity with
Springwater with regard to this matter. Councillor Cotton left the
dias and did not participate in any discussion or vote on the
matter.
Councillor Ron Sommers declared a pecuniary interest with item 3.
(a) being passing of account for invoice #1007 in the amount of
$96.30, payable to R. Sommers Construction. The nature being
Councillor Sommers performed the work at the arena. Councillor
Sommers did not participate in any discussion or vote on the
matter.
Later in the meeting, Deputy Mayor Martin declared a pecuniary
interest with item 10.(a) being Minutes of the Committee of the
Whole Meeting held December 7, 1994 and the amendment to reflect
that Deputy Mayor Martin was a signing officer in the company that
purchased the 1976 rescue van. Deputy Mayor Martin left the dias
and did not participate in any discussion or vote on the matter.
