Mayor Beard chaired the meeting and called the meeting to order @
9:00 a.m.

DISCLOSURE OF PECUNIARY INTEREST
AND GENERAL NATURE THEREOF: - IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ACT
None declared.
2. DEPUTATIONS:
a) 9:15 a.m.
Mr. Paul Eenhoorn, Fire Chief spoke to
Council regarding replacement of the
Deputy Fire Chief's vehicle. The Deputy
Fire Chief is now renting a vehicle
until the Fire Chief's leased vehicle is
bought out in February '95 at which time
this vehicle will be provided to the
Deputy and a new tendered vehicle
purchased for the Chief.
The Fire Chief also spoke to Council
about the MAS (Municipal Addressing
System) in preparation of the 911
service, to be effective Fall of '96.
The Chief suggested that a Committee be
formed early in the new year which would
review methods for implementation. All
street names, signs and mapping is to be
completed by the Fall of '95.
The Fire Chief also advised Council that
the 1976 rescue van stationed in
Moonstone was taken off the road and
sold to the highest bidder at a cost of
$150.00. Deputy Mayor Martin stated he
was a signing officer with the company
purchasing the van.
