Mayor Robert Drury chaired the meeting.
Mayor Robert Drury opened the meeting by explaining to those presen
that this Public Meeting was to receive public comments with respec
to a proposed Zoning By-Law Amendment, under provisions of section
34, of the Planning Act. The applicant has applied to rezone
certain lands, Part of Lot 20, Concession 3, former Township of Oro
to permit permanent residential use.
To date, the Council of the corporation of the Township of Oro-
Medonte have not made a decision on this application, other than
proceeding to this Public Meeting. Only after comments are receive
from the Public, requested agencies and Township Staff, within the
appropriate time period, will Council make a decision on this
application.

There being no questions or comments, when being called for the
third time, the Mayor in closing the meeting, thanked those in
attendance for their participation and advised that Council would
consider all matters before reaching a decision. He then advised
those present that if they wish to be notified of the passing of t
proposed By-law, they should leave their name and address with the
Clerk.

Be it resolved that this Special Public Meeting of Council P 16F/9
(Part Lot 20, Concession 3,(Oro), now be adjourned @ 7:07 p.m.
