The following provided public comments:
Patricia McCulloch referred to her submission and provided opposition comments regarding
the application's distance from the lake, the height of the dwelling, the difference in height
with her adjacent dwelling, she stated the application is too high, too long and too close to
the lake.

2. That Minor Variance Application 2021-A-10 by Lydia Ruzycky, specifically to permit a
reduced setback from average high water mark of Lake Simcoe of 13.5m (44.3 ft.) to a
proposed stair case serving an existing boathouse, on the lands municipally known as
141 Eight Mile Point Road, Township of Oro-Medonte, be denied for the reasons outlined
in DS2021-27.
3. That Minor Variance Application 2021-A-10 by Lydia Ruzycky, specifically to permit a
single detached dwelling with a maximum height of 11.2m (36.7 ft.), a reduced setback
from average high water mark of Lake Simcoe of 17.Om (55.8 ft.) to proposed deck
attached to a dwelling, and a reduced setback from average high water mark of Lake
Simcoe of 15.0 metres (49.2 feet) to a proposed stair case serving an existing
boathouse, on the lands municipally known as 141 Eight Mile Point Road, Township of
Oro-Medonte, be approved, subject to the conditions as outlined in DS2021-27.
4. That the applicant be advised of the Development Services Committee's decision under
the Secretary -Treasurer's signature.

accessory apartment dwelling unit in a detached accessory building, on the lands
municipally known as 517 50/51 Sideroad, be approved.
