Mayor Beard chaired the meeting and called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.

Mr. Ron Mills and Robert Stinson did not
attend as requested but provided further
correspondence with respect to their
request which was addressed by
Council.
11 :05 p.m.
Mrs. Joan Fitzgerald addressed quotes
received with respect to some printing of
forms for Council information and her
efforts to date regarding funding through
approaching local businesses. Mrs.
Fitzgerald discussed with Council, the
municipality's participation in installing
signage for the Road Watch Committee.
The maintenance of the accounting
books was also addressed.
Council recessed for lunch @ 12:08 p.m and reconvened at 1: 15 p.m.

for presentation to Council at the next available meeting.
