COUNCIL MEETING

Council met this evening @ 7:05 p.m. with the following members present:

Mayor Ian Beard assumed the chair and called the meeting to order, followed by prayer.

Agriculture Food & Rural Affairs, Honourable AI Leach, Minister of Municipal Affairs, and
AMO be so advised.

Be it resolved that a By-law to provide for indemnity and defence of members of Council
and employees of The Corporation of the Township of Oro-Medonte with respect to
liability arising out of acts or omissions done or made by them in their capacity as
employees and members of Council of the Municipality be introduced and read a first
and second time and numbered By-law No. 97-26.
Carried.
That By-law No. 97-26 be read a third time and finally passed, be engrossed by the
Clerk, signed and sealed by the Mayor.

Coldwater and District Community Centre Board of Management, be introduced and
