Mayor Beard chaired the meeting and called the meeting to order at 9:05 a.m.

purpose and function of the Orillia & District
Victim Crisis Services Programme. Serious
problems may occur with persons residing in
the area and visitors vacationing in the district
as well. The Victim Crisis Services
Programme is requesting endorsement of the
organization and that the Province be advised
of the endorsement.

environmental consulting firms for a proposal to fulfill the Township's
Environmental Review needs.
