PROPOSED OFFICIAL PLAN AMENDMENT

Mayor Beard called the meeting to order and advised that all persons
present would be afforded the opportunity of asking questions in respect
to the proposed official plan amendment.
It was noted that no correspondence had been received regarding this
proposal.
Ms. Andria Leigh, Township Planner, gave an overview of the purpose
and effect of the proposed amendment.
Councillor Hough queried whether access would be off the 9th Line, and
Ms. Leigh confirmed this, adding that this had been reviewed by the Road
Superintendent.
Councillor Craig asked if another application would have to be made for
rezoning if the property changed hands, and Ms. Leigh commented that
the property could be used for other industrial uses.

Moved by Bell, Seconded by Hough
Be it resolved that this Special Meeting of Council be adjourned at 7: 1 0
p.m.
Carried.

Mayor Beard called the meeting to order and advised that all persons
present would be afforded the opportunity of asking questions in respect
to the proposed official plan amendment.
It was noted that correspondence had been received from the
Nottawasaga Valley Conservation Authority, indicating that they have no
objection to the approval of the proposed amendment, and R. & J. Nunn ,
also indicating that they have no objection to the rezoning by-law.
Ms. Andria Leigh, Township Planner, gave an overview of the purpose
and effect of the proposed zoning by-law amendment.
