Barber, Gail Swainson, Marabel Heatherington, Sue & Ed Hardy, Heather & Richard Broth, Heather Wise, Marty Holden, Caroline Murray (The Packet and Times), Lauri Dunk, Yvonne Grimshaw, Victor & Rene DeMartini, Brian & Carolyn Holmes, Erin Vandrie, Mary Perry White Mayor Beard called the meeting to order and advised that all persons present would be afforded the opportunity of asking questions in respect to the proposed zoning by-law amendment. It was noted that the Township had received no correspondence with respect to the zoning by-law amendment. Ms. Andria Leigh, Township Planner, gave an overview of the purpose and effect of the proposed zoning by-law amendment. It was questioned whether the carriage house met building codes, and the response was that if it did not, changes would have to be made before the amendment is final. In order to satisfy the Official Plan requirements, the dwellings have to be legally recognized dwellings. It was indicated that they had to be constructed in compliance with the Official Plan at this time. I øf- , . Motion No.1 Moved by Fountain, Seconded by Sommers Be it resolved that this Special Meeting of Council for P-86/99, Conc. 10, Part of Lot 6, RP51 R-1 0206, Parts 2, 3, & 4 (formerly within the Township of Medonte) now be adjourned at 7:58 p.m. Carried.
