Council was given background information on the status of past applications for severance of the subject land, as well as a request by Mrs. Quinlan for her application to proceed and be considered prior to completion of the Secondary Plan. b) 1: 17 p.m. Mayor Beard, discussion re: Potential Land Purchase (Held In-Camera) 3.
