Deputy Mayor Martin chaired the meeting and called the meeting order @ 9:00 a.m. DISCLOSURE OF PECUNIARY INTEREST AND GENERAL NATURE THEREOF: - IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ACT 1. None declared. 2. DEPUTATIONS: (a) 9:10 a.m. Jennifer Zieleniewski, Treasurer and Jeff Brydges, Deputy Treasurer presented Council with a verbal summary on the 1995 budget deliberations. The total 1995 municipal levy of $2,894,654.00 maintains the same level as provided for in 1994 thereby no additional tax increase is realized. Staff distributed the revised capital and reserve status reports based upon the budget discussions and the Township levy by-law to establish the mill rates, inclusive of County and school board requisitions will be presented to Council on May 17, 1995. 8 (b) 1:00 p.m. Deputy Mayor Murray Martin, on behalf of Council presented Roads Department Employee william Duncan with a watch in recognition of 20 years service.
