Deputy Mayor Martin chaired the meeting and called the meeting
order @ 9:00 a.m.

Jennifer Zieleniewski, Treasurer
and Jeff Brydges, Deputy Treasurer
presented Council with a verbal
summary on the 1995 budget
deliberations. The total 1995
municipal levy of $2,894,654.00
maintains the same level as
provided for in 1994 thereby no
additional tax increase is
realized. Staff distributed the
revised capital and reserve status
reports based upon the budget
discussions and the Township levy
by-law to establish the mill rates,
inclusive of County and school
board requisitions will be
presented to Council on May 17,
1995.

Deputy Mayor Murray Martin, on
behalf of Council presented Roads
Department Employee william Duncan
with a watch in recognition of 20
years service. Mr. Duncan started
employment with Oro Township on
October 7, 1974 and his dedication
and consideration to his fellow
workers was appreciated and
acknowledged.

It is recommended that the Committee of Adjustment be requested
to defer severance applications B-49/94 and B-50/94 until Counci
has had an opportunity to discuss the road matter with the
Developers of the Windfield Estates Subdivision in accordance
with Subdivision Agreement.

Subdivision be received and the exchange of lands between the
Township and Grossman will not proceed until subdivision
