Mayor Ian Beard assumed the chair and called the meeting to order.
1. "DISCLOSURE OF PECUNIARY INTEREST AND THE GENERAL NATUR
THEREOF. - IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ACT"
Councillor Larry Cotton and Councillor Ron Sommers declared
pecuniary interest with Item 9 (a) being Report 95-04 of th
Committee of the Whole Meeting held February 8, 1995 and Item 1
Confirmation By-law. The councillors had declared interests i
specific items at that meeting and left the room and did no
discuss or vote on the Report or the subsequent Confirmation By
law which included same.
