"DISCLOSURE OF PECUNIARY INTEREST AND THE GENERAL NATURE THEREOF. - IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ACT" None declared. 2. DEPUTATIONS: (a) 9:00 a.m. Mr. Milt Salter and Mr. Andrew Goode, Architects, W. M. Salter & Assoc. spoke to Council on the recent tendering of the addition to the Township Administration Centre. Financial Summary: Tender Cost (including tax) Architect Fees $489,765.00 42.000.00 $531,765.00 247.000.00 Less Infrastructure Grant Township Portion $284,765.00 3. REPORTS OF MUNICIPAL OFFICERS (a) Fred Haughton, PWA, report re: 6 Ton Tandem Truck/Box Plow Equipment. MOTION NO. 1 Moved by Bell, seconded by craig Be it resolved that the construction of the addition at the Township Administration Centre (Infrastructure Project) be awarded to Shertine, Collingwood at a cost of $475,500.00 plus G.S.T. Recorded vote requested by: councillor craig Councillor Bell Councillor craig Deputy Mayor Martin Mayor Beard Yea Yea Nay Yea Carried. e e .. - 2 - MOTION NO. 2 Moved by Craig, seconded by Martin Be it resolved that the report from Fred Haughton, P.W.A. purchase of 6 ton tandem truck be received and the truck from North Land Truck Centre, Bracebridge in the amount $86,631.00 and the snow plow equipment tender from Viking cives the amount of $49,835.25 be accepted. Carried. MOTION NO. 3 Moved by Bell, seconded by Craig Be it resolved that a By-law to Confirm the Proceedings of counci be introduced and read a first and second time and numbered 95-71. That By-law 95-71 be read a third time and finally passed, signed and sealed by the Mayor and Clerk. Carried.
