Public Meetings: a) Notice of Receipt of a Complete Application; Notice of Particulars and Public Access; Notice of Public Meeting for Proposed Amendment to the Zoning By-law of the Township of Oro-Medonte, East Part of Lot 16, Concession 14 (Oro), 5071 Highway 11 North, 2020-ZBA-11 (2041063 Ontario Ltd.) [Refer to Item 7c)]. Deputy Mayor assumed the Chair, called the meeting to order and explained the public meeting is being held in accordance with the provisions of the Planning Act to obtain public comments with respect to the proposed application by 241063 Ontario Ltd. That the Township of Oro-Medonte enters into a Model Home Agreement with Oro- Medonte Estates Inc. for the construction of a one (1) model home on proposed Lot 4 in the Draft Plan Approved Forest Heights Estates development. 3.
