2020-096 By-law to amend the zoning provision which apply to lands at Part of Lot 1, Concession 4 (Oro), Township of Oro-Medonte 2020-ZBA-23 (Skyline Horseshoe Valley Inc.)The Corporation of The Township of Oro-Medonte By -Law No. 2020-096 A By-law to amend the zoning provisions which apply to lands at Part of Lot 1, Concession 4 (Oro), Township of Oro-Medonte 2020-ZBA-23 (Skyline Horseshoe Valley Inc.) Whereas the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Oro-Medonte is empowered to pass By-laws to regulate the use of land pursuant to Sections 34 and 36 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13; And Whereas Council deems it appropriate to rezone the subject lands. Now Therefore the Council of the Township of Oro-Medonte hereby enacts as follows: Schedule 'Al 5' to Zoning By-law 97-95, as amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zone symbol applying to a portion of the lands located in Part of Lot 1, Concession 4 (Oro), Township of Oro-Medonte, from the Future Development Exception 67 (FD*67) Zone to the Village One Exception 318-Holding (V1 *318(H)) as shown on Schedule 'A' attached and forming part of this By-law. 2. Section 7.0 — is hereby further amended by adding the following subsection: 7.318 *318 Part of Lot 1, Concession 4 (Oro) Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 4.1- Table B6, Village One Zone Standards, the following provisions shall apply to the lands denoted by the symbol V1*318 on the schedules to this By-law: Minimum Rear Yard: a) To a main wall of a building or structure 3 metres b) To a staircase 0 metres c) To an enclosed or unenclosed terrace 2 metres" 3. Schedule "A" attached to By-law No. 2020-096 is declared to form a part of this by-law. 4. That the Holding Provision shall not be removed until the appropriate Site Plan is approved by the Township, the related Site Plan Agreement is registered and the Township has received the securities identified in the Site Plan Agreement. 5. This By-law shall come into effect upon the date of passage hereof, subject to the provisions of the Planning Act, as amended.
