The conditions are as follows: a) That notwithstanding Section 5.9 — Encroachments in Required Yards, Table B1 — Front Yard Setback and Section 5.20.1.1 — Size of required parking space of Zoning By-law 97-95, the proposed attached garage, front porch, driveway, and exterior side yard uncovered deck shall otherwise comply with all other applicable provisions of the Zoning By-law; b) That the proposed structures be substantially and proportionally in conformity with the dimensions as set out on the application and sketches submitted and approved by the Committee; c) That an Ontario Land Surveyor (OLS), Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) verify by pinning the foundation wall and verifying in writing by way of survey/real property report, prior to the pouring of the footing and if no footing, the foundation, that the attached garage is located no closer than 5.84 metres from the front lot line. The following registrants provided the following comments: Joyce Jacobs provided comments against the application with respect to the quiet road and does not want it opened to the general public. Ed Evans, on behalf of the Evans Family, provided comments regarding the quality of life, health of Lake Simcoe, time to prepare a response, Bob Bowles comments on application, Lake Simcoe Protection Plan comments, and time for appropriate studies to be conducted. Jamie Robinson, MHBC Planning, on behalf of members of the community, provided comments with respect to the planning merits to oppose application with respect to the submitted correspondence. Further comments were issues with the application relating to conformance with the Township's Official Plan and the application being processed though a consent application, a previous OMB decision, environmental study concerns, and emergency access comments. Brenda Norwich provided comments regarding greenspace behind their house, nature elements, wildlife concerns, flavour and character of neighbourhood, quality of life, construction noise, and uphold of values.
