Effective Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at 8:30 a.m., all Township of Oro-Medonte
facilities will be closed to the public until further notice. This includes the Township
Administration Centre. We will continue to offer services online & over the phone. The
meeting will be livestreamed. Please access the Township's YouTube channel
through the Township's website to view the meeting.

Project Description
The purchase of a float trailer for the North Yard.
Project Rationale /
This will result two units to be in service and will not require the trailer to be moved from the south to the north.
Benefits
Improve opertional efficiency and effectiveness.
This will result in reducing the amount of deadhead in operations of the empty trailer moving South to North and

increase capacity for moving equipment to address operational requirements. Will require an upgrade to AZ

Equipment Operator position (collective agreement requirement). Incremental cost of $8,700 for salary/benefits.

Continue utilizing the single float trailer or rental of float.
