BY LAW NO. 1227.
BEING $k BY LAW TO ACCEPT CERTAIN ROADS 'WITHIN THE TO`W'NSHIP ROAD
SYSTEM
'WHEREAS c=rtain roads have been constructed on the subdivision
known as "Horseshoe Valley" being part of lot No. 11 concession
four (4) of the Township of Medonte, as shown on Registrar's
Compiled Plan No. 1531 registered on the 9th day of November, j
11967,
AND Wl.HEREAS the Corporation of the Township of Medonte-Igas agree .
with the subdivider to take over roads within such plan when
they were brought up to satisfactory standards and approved by
;the Ministry of Transportation and Communication of Ontario,
IAND WHEREAS such roads are now available for subsidy with respec
Ito future maintenance expenditures on their being taken into
Ithe Township Road jystem,
NOW T;EREFORE the council of the Corporation of the Township of j
iledonte enacts as follows;
!1. The roads within Registrar's Compiled Plan No. 1531, known
as Horseshoe Valley Subdivision, a distance of approximately
i
three thousand and fifty (3,050) feet, as shown on Registrariis
Compiled Plan No. 1531 schedule"A" attached to this by-law, I'
are hereby incorporated into the road system of the T

2. This by-law shall come into force and have effect upon the
final passing thereof and upon the approval being received
from the Ministry of Transportation and Communication of i
Ontario.
READ a first, second and third time and finally passed this
11th day of July 1972.
