2020-026 By-law to amend the zoning provisions which apply to lands at Part of Lot 14, Concession 14 (Oro) Township of Oro-Medonte 2020-ZBA-01 (Wigg)The Corporation of the Township Of Oro-Medonte By -Law No. 2020-026 A By-law to amend the zoning provisions which apply to lands at Part of Lot 14, Concession 14 (Oro) Township of Oro-Medonte 2020-ZBA-01 (Wigg) Whereas the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Oro-Medonte is empowered to pass By-laws to regulate the use of land pursuant to Sections 34 and 36 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13; And Whereas Council deems it appropriate to rezone the subject lands. Now Therefore the Council of the Township of Oro-Medonte hereby enacts as follows: Schedule `A13' to Zoning By-law 97-95, as amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zone symbol applying to the lands located in Part of Lot 14, Concession 14 (Oro), Township of Oro-Medonte, from the Mineral Aggregate Resource Two (MAR2) Zone to Mineral Aggregate Resource Two Exception 316 (MAR2*316) Zone, as shown on Schedule "A" attached and forming part of this By- law. 2. Section 7.0 —is hereby further amended by adding the following subsection: 7.316 *316 — Part of Lot 14, Concession 14 (Oro), Township of Oro-Medonte (Wigg) Notwithstanding any other provision in this By-law, the following uses and provisions apply to the lands denoted by the symbol *316 on the schedules to this By-law: Notwithstanding Section 5.4, an accessory apartment dwelling unit shall be permitted subject to the following: a) Only one accessory apartment dwelling unit is permitted on the lot. b) The accessory apartment dwelling unit shall be permitted in an accessory building. c) The accessory apartment dwelling unit shall have a maximum floor area of 134.7 square metres (1,450.0 square feet). d) The accessory building shall have a maximum floor area of 298.0 square metres (3,208.0 square feet); and shall have a second storey screen porch with a maximum floor area of 29.7 square metres (320.0 square feet). e) The accessory building shall have a maximum height of 6.0 metres (19.7 feet). f) The floor area for the existing single detached dwelling is 86.9 square metres (936.0 square feet)." 3. Schedule "A" attached to By-law No. 2020-026 is declared to form a part of this By- law. 4. This By-law shall come into effect upon the date of passage hereof, subject to the provisions of the Planning Act, as amended.
