That the correspondence and presentation by Linda Wells, on behalf of Rescue Lake Simcoe Coalition re: Request for Support of Motion, Lake Simcoe Protection Plan be received. 2. That Council continue to support the Lake Simcoe Protection Plan during the review year. 3. That staff report back outlining the process Oro-Medonte will follow with respect to Township conformity with the Lake Simcoe Protection Plan update. 4. That ES2020-1, Michelle Jakobi, Manager, Environmental Services re: Supply and delivery of Two (2) 2020 1/2 Ton, 4x4 Crew Cab Pick-up Trucks be received and adopted. 2. That Request for supply and delivery of two (2) 2020 1/2 ton 4x4 crew cab pick-up trucks be awarded to Tom Smith Chevrolet Buick GMC Ltd. in the amount of $66,825.80 plus HST. 3. That the Manager, Environmental Services be authorized to execute the appropriate agreements on behalf of the Township. 4. That the 20 minute Open Forum not be livestreamed, nor recorded, in order to promote more engagement from citizens who may be intimidated by the recording / storage of this engagement. 3. That the process be changed to record the meeting and be uploaded as soon as possible following the conclusion of the regular Council meetings. 4. That staff report back to Council in 12 months.
