meeting held on Wednesday, January 8, 2020 be received and approved as printed and

Deputy Mayor Hough assumed the Chair, called the meeting to order at 5:33 p.m. and
explained the public meeting is being held in accordance with accordance with the
provisions of the Planning Act to obtain public comments with respect to the proposed
Application by Gord Lavery on the lands located at 1585 Highway 11.

2. That Consent Application 2019-B-22 by Chad Williams and Lovely Joy Williams to
create one (1) new agricultural lot (hobby farm) on the lands municipally known as 1415
Scarlett Line, Township of Oro-Medonte be deferred, at the applicant's request, to
provide the opportunity for the applicant to submit a revised application.
3. That the applicant be advised of the Development Services Committee's decision under
the Secretary -Treasurer's signature.
