That Community Safety and Well -Being be included as a priority in the Township of Oro- Medonte's 2019-2022 Strategic Plan. 3. That the Township of Oro-Medonte participate in a collaborative initiative with the City of Orillia and the Townships of Severn and Ramara, under the County of Simcoe's leadership, to develop a joint Community Safety and Well -Being Plan in accordance with the new legislative amendments outlined under Part XI, Section 143 of the current Police Services Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P. 15. 4. And that the Director, Corporate Services be appointed to the Geographical Municipal Coordinating Committee to assist with the development of the joint Community Safety and Well -Being Plan. Carried.
