A By -Law to Repeal By -Law No. 2018-022 "A By-law to Appoint a Clerk"
Whereas Section 224 of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c.25, as amended,
provides that it is the role of Council to ensure that administrative practices and
procedures are in place to implement the decisions of Council;
And Whereas Council enacted By -Law No. 2018-022, "A By-law to Appoint a Clerk" on
the 28th day of February, 2018;
And Whereas Council of The Corporation of the Township of Oro-Medonte deems it
desirable to repeal By -Law No. 2018-022;
Now Therefore the Council of the Township of Oro-Medonte hereby enacts as follows:
That By-law No. 2018-022 is hereby repealed in its entirety effective August 2,
2019.
2. This by-law shall take effect on the final passing thereof.
