leave the existing dwelling unit that was affected by fire to a maximum of twelve (12)

Be it resolved
1. That the correspondence from Scott Craig dated February 27, 2019 regarding his appeal
for a tow truck driver license, be received.
2. That, due to the failure to appear by Scott Craig, this shall count as his Hearing of Appeal
as per Section 18 of the Township of Oro-Medonte By-law 2012-143.
3. That the Council of the Township of Oro-Medonte respectfully deny the request from
Scott Craig to reconsider his licensing under the Township's Towing By-law 2012-143;
and
4. That the appellant be notified of Council's decision under the Chief Municipal Law

b) By -Law No. 2019-035: A By-law to Remove the Holding Symbol on Lands Described as
BLK 136, Plan 51 M957 Township of Oro-Medonte, County of Simcoe.
c) By -Law No. 2019-046: A By -Law to regulate the setting of open air fires, including the
establishing the times during which open fires may occur (Ref. Items 8a, 12a, 14b).
d) By -Law No. 2019-050: A By-law to Amend By-law 2018-027 "A By-law to Appoint
Municipal Law Enforcement Officers/Provincial Offences Officers.
e) By -Law No. 2019-051: A By-law to provide for signing authority.
f) By -Law No. 2019-052: A By-law to authorize The Corporation of the Township of Oro-
Medonte (The Corporation), as Investor, to enter into the Amended and Restated

Investment Program" and to authorize the Treasurer to execute the necessary
documents for that Purpose.

163 and 2013-010 (Ref. Item 12c)
b) By -Law No. 2019-035: A By-law to Remove the Holding Symbol on Lands
Described as BILK 136, Plan 51 M957 Township of Oro-Medonte, County of Simcoe
d) By -Law No. 2019-050: A By-law to Amend By-law 2018-027 "A By-law to Appoint
Municipal Law Enforcement Officers/Provincial Offences Officers.
e) By -Law No. 2019-051: A By-law to provide for signing authority.
f) By -Law No. 2019-052: A By-law to authorize The Corporation of the Township of
Oro-Medonte (The Corporation), as Investor, to enter into the Amended and
Restated Agency Agreement ("Amended Agreement'), as defined herein, with
CHUMS Financing Corporation and Local Authority Services, as Agent, with respect
to "The One Investment Program" and to authorize the Treasurer to execute the
necessary documents for that Purpose
g) By -Law No. 2019-054: A By-law to Authorize the Execution of an Agreement
between the Township of Oro-Medonte and Norman James Henry McKay to allow
for Two Dwellings (Ref. Item 121)
be read a first, second and third time, passed, be engrossed by the Clerk, signed and
sealed by the Mayor.

consideration.
3. That the Fire & Emergency Services staff draft the Open Air Burning Permit
communication plan to be brought back in conjunction with the updated draft Open Air
Burning Permit by-law.

2. That Council authorize Planning Staff to make a submission to the Ministry of Municipal
Affairs and Housing based on the comments as outlined in Report DS2019-065 through
the Environment Registry (019-0016 and 019-0021) as the Township's submission on the
Proposed Bill 108 (More Homes, More Choice Act) in addition to any other comments
received by Council.
