a) Minutes of Accessibility Advisory Committee meeting held on Monday, April 3, 2017.

It is recommended that the draft minutes of Accessibility Advisory Committee meeting held
on Monday, April 3, 2017 be received and approved as printed and circulated.

a) Shawn Binns, Director, Operations & Community Services re: Community Services
Update.

It is recommended
1. That the PowerPoint presentations presented by Shawn Binns, Director, Operations &
Community Services re: Bayview Memorial Park, Starfall Park and Carthew Dock
Replacement be received.
2. And that it is recommended to Council that consideration be given to complete the
Carthew Bay Dock replacements to AODA standards.

b) Donna Hewitt, Director, Corporate Services re: Committee Member Resignation.

It is recommended
1. That the verbal information presented by Donna Hewitt, Director, Corporate Services, re:
Committee Member Resignation (Sanford) be received with regrets and best wishes.
2. And That it is recommended to Council that the Accessibility Advisory Committee
Membership continue with two members for the remaining 2014-2018 term.

1. That the correspondence presented by Karen Way, Clerk re: Draft Election Accessibility
Plan be received.
2. And that it is recommended to Council that the Draft Election Accessibility Plan be
endorsed and posted on the Township's website.
