3. Approval of Minutes of Previous Meeting:
a) Minutes of Heritage Committee meeting held on Monday, May 28, 2018.

It is recommended that the draft minutes of Heritage Committee meeting held on
Monday, May 28, 2018 be received and approved as printed and circulated.

Church, Shanty Bay.

be received.
2. That it is recommended to Council that a celebrations service for the Oro African
Church be planned for 2019 and brought forward in the 2019 budget deliberations.

It is recommended
1. That the correspondence presented by Councillor Jermey, Chair and Roz Llewellyn,

Listed/Designated Properties be received.

Municipal Register of Municipally Significant and/or Cultural Heritage Properties:

Whereas at the May 28, 2018 Heritage Committee meeting and subsequent June 13,
2018 Council meeting, 36 Stagecoach Road was listed and added to the Municipal
Register of Municipally Significant and/or Cultural Heritage Properties.
And Whereas a verbal request has been received from the property owner at 36
Stagecoach Road to de -listed the said property from the list of Municipal Register of
Municipally Significant and/or Cultural Heritage Properties.
Now Therefore it is recommended to Council that 36 Stagecoach Road be de -listed
from the list of Municipal Register of Municipally Significant and/or Cultural Heritage
Properties upon receipt of the required paperwork.
