10 03 2018 Dawn Hipwell 2018-ZBA-15 32 Greenwood AveDevelopment Services Committee Minutes — Wednesday, October 3, 2018. b) Notice of Receipt of a Complete Application, Notice of Particulars and Public Access, Notice of Public Meeting for Proposed Amendment to the Zoning By-law of the Township of Oro-Medonte, E. Pt Lot 1, Concession 13, RP 51 R2773 Pt 2 (Oro), Township of Oro-Medonte, 32 Greenwood Avenue, 2018-ZBA-15 (Dawn Hipwell). Deputy Mayor Hough called the meeting to order at 6:50 p.m. and explained the public meeting is being held in accordance with Section 34 of the Planning Act, to obtain public comment with respect to a proposed Zoning By-law Amendment Application. The purpose of Application 2018-ZBA-15 is to rezone the subject lands that are zoned Agricultural/Rural (A/RU) Zone to the Agricultural/Rural Exception (A/RU') Zone to permit one accessory apartment dwelling unit to be located within a detached accessory building. Notice of the Public Meeting was mailed to landowners within 120 metres of the specified site, circulated to the appropriate Agencies and posted on the Township's website on or before September 13, 2018. The following correspondence was received: Township of Oro-Medonte, Building Division dated September 13, 2018; Township of Oro-Medonte, Manager, Development Engineering dated September 13, 2018; Township of Oro-Medonte, Operations Division dated September 13, 2018; Simcoe County District School Board dated September 14, 2018; Enbridge Gas Distribution dated September 24, 2018; Nottawasaga Valley Conservation Authority dated October 1, 2018. Todd Weatherell, Intermediate Planner, explained the purpose and effect of the proposed amendment. A PowerPoint presentation was presented. Jamie Robinson, MHBC Planning, on behalf of applicant, was present. A PowerPoint presentation was presented. The following public persons offered verbal comments with respect to the proposed amendment: None.
