BY-LAW NO. 97- 35
Being a By-Law to Appoint an Animal Control Officer/By-law
Enforcement Officer
.
WHEREAS the Municipal Act R.S.O. 1990, Chapter M.45, Section
207 (45), as amended provides that Councils may by By-law
appoint such officers as may be necessary for the purposes of
the corporation;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Township
of Oro-Medonte enacts as follows:
1. THAT Catherine Marie Anne Burke is hereby appointed
Animal Control Officer for a period not to exceed six
months.
2. THAT Catherine Marie Anne Burke is hereby appointed By-
law Enforcement Officer for a period not to exceed six
months.
3. THAT the duties and responsibilities shall be performed
and carried out as provided for wi thin the respective
job description.
4. THAT this By-law shall come into full force and effect
on the final passage thereof.
