2018-062 Amend Zoning provisions 2018-ZBA-10 JenereauxThe Corporation of the Township Of Oro-Medonte By- Law No. 2018-062 A By-law to amend the zoning provisions which apply to lands at Plan M381 Lot 4 Township of Oro-Medonte 2018-ZBA-10 (Jenereaux) Whereas the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Oro-Medonte is empowered to pass By-laws to regulate the use of land pursuant to Sections 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13; And Whereas Council deems it appropriate to rezone the subject lands. Now Therefore the Council of the Township of Oro-Medonte hereby enacts as follows: 1. Schedule 'A7' to Zoning By-law 97-95, as amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zone symbol applying to the lands located in Plan M381 Lot 4, Township of Oro-Medonte, from the Rural Residential One Exception Twenty (RUR1 *20) Zone to a Rural Residential One Exception Two Hundred and Eighty Eight (RUR1'288) Zone, as shown on Schedule 'A' attached and forming part of this By-law. 2. Section 7 — Exceptions of Zoning By-law 97-95, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding the following subsection: 7.288 *288 —Plan M381 Lot 4, Township of Oro Medonte (Jenereaux) Notwithstanding any other provision in this By-law, the following provisions apply to lands denoted by the symbol `288 on the schedules to this By-law: a) Minimum lot area 0.39 hectares (0.9 acres) b) Minimum lot frontage 42 metres (137.7 feet) 7.288.1 Permitted Uses Notwithstanding Table Al — Rural Residential One Zone and in addition to the permitted uses in the RUR1 Zone, on the lands zoned RUR1'288 the following additional uses are permitted: a) Bed and Breakfast Establishment: Means a single detached dwelling, which is owner occupied and the primary residence of the owner, in which not more than three bedrooms with double occupancy are used or maintained for the accommodation of the travelling or vacationing public, with or without meals. 3. This By-law shall come into effect upon the date of passage hereof, subject to the provisions of the Planning Act, as amended.
