THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO-MEDONTE
BY-LAW NO. 97- 54
Being a By-Law to Authorize the Issuance of
a Certificate of Substantial Completion and Acceptance
Above Ground Works (Craighurst Estates)
WHEREAS Council for the Corporation of the Township of Flos
entered into a Subdivision Agreement for Craighurst Estates;
AND WHEREAS Bill 51, An Act respecting the Restructuring of the
County of Simcoe was passed December 14, 1993 and amalgamating
that portion of land upon which Craighurst Estates;
AND WHEREAS the requirements of this Subdivision Agreement have
now been met;
NOW THEREFORE the Corporation of the Township of Oro-Medonte
hereby enacts as follows:
1. That the Certificate of Substantial Completion and
Acceptance for Craighurst Estates may now be issued by the
Township Engineer (R. G. Robinson & Associates) in
compliance with the Subdivision Agreement between the
Corporation of the Township of Flos and Leo Procee
Construction Limited.
2. That this By-law shall come into force and take effect on
the final date of passing thereof.
READ a first and second time this 18th day of June, 1997.
READ a third time and finally passed this 18th day of June, 1997.

Roadways in the Craighurst Estates Subdivision consisting of:
. Procee Circle from Simcoe COWlt}" Road. No. 22, north, then east, then south and then west back to
Procee Circle, a distance of988.23 metres (3,242.22 feet);
. Heacock Road from Simcoe County Road No. 22, north to Procee Circle, a distance of 112.24 metres
(368.24 feet).
We, RG. Robinson and Associates (Barrie) Ltd., notify the Municipality that the above mentioned works
were inspected by us on October 3 L 1996, and to the best of our knowledge and judgement, are complete
in accordance with the Subdivision Agreement except for the deficiencies below:
- Refer to Site Meeting Minutes of October 31, 1996, which outlines minor deficiencies.
We hereby accept these works for use and operation by the Municipality subject to the rectification of the
above noted deficiencies and to the rectification of any further deficiencies that may become apparent
during the maintenance period and to the maintenance that is required by the Subdi~ision Agreement.
The date of Substantial Completion and Acceptance is established by the Certificate as

Description of the Works:
Roadways in the Craighurst Estates Subdivision consisting of:
. Procee Circle from Simcoe County Road No. 22, northerly, then easterly, then southerly and then
westerly to Procee Circle; a distance of 988.23 metres (3,242.22 feet).
. Beacock Road from Simcoe County Road No. 22, northerly to Procee Circle; a distance of 112.24
metres (368.24 feet).
We, R.G. Robinson and Associates (Barrie) Ltd., notify the Municipality that the above mentioned works
were inspected by us on May 26, 1997, and to the best of our knowledge and judgment, are complete in
accordance with the Subdivision Agreement except for the deficiencies below:
1. Completion of culvert end protection on driveways.
2. Rectify drainage outlet erosion at Lot 5/6 and 14/15.
3. Placement of trees in lots.
We hereby accept these works for use and operation by the Municipality subject to the rectification of the
above noted deficiencies and to the rectification of any further deficiencies that may become apparent
during the maintenance period and to the maintenance that is required by the Subdivision Agreement.
The date of Substantial Completion and Accep~Rertificate as June 18, 1997.
