2018-065 Amend Zoning Provisions which apply to lands at Part of the West Half of Lot 11, Concession 13 (Oro)The Corporation of the Township Of Oro-Medonte By -Law No. 2018-065 A By-law to amend the zoning provisions which apply to lands at Part of the West Half of Lot 11, Concession 13 (Oro) Township of Oro-Medonte 2018-ZBA-09 (Robertson) Whereas the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Oro-Medonte is empowered to pass By-laws to regulate the use of land pursuant to Sections 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13; And Whereas Council deems it appropriate to rezone the subject lands. Now Therefore the Council of the Township of Oro-Medonte hereby enacts as follows: Schedule 'A13' to Zoning By-law 97-95, as amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zone symbol applying to the lands located in Part of the West Half of Lot 11, Concession 13 (Oro), Township of Oro-Medonte, from the Agricultural/Rural (A/RU) Zone and the Environmental Protection (EP) Zone to a Residential 1 Exception 287 (R1 *287) Zone and to an Environmental Protection Exception 230 (EP*230) Zone, as shown on Schedule `A' attached and forming part of this By-law. 2. Section 7.0 — is hereby further amended by: 1) Adding the following text after the words "(Former Oro)": "Part of the West Half of Lot 11, Concession 13 (Former Oro)"; 2) Adding the following subsection: "7.287 *287 - Part of the West Half of Lot 11, Concession 13 (Former Oro) Notwithstanding Table B1 (R1 Zone) the following provisions shall apply: i. Minimum Lot Area: 0.17 hectares ii. Minimum Lot Frontage: 25 metres" 3. Schedule "A" attached to By-law No. 2018-065 is declared to form a part of this By-law. 4. This By-law shall come into effect upon the date of passage hereof, subject to the provisions of the Planning Act, as amended.
