Motion No. C180509-3 Moved by Jermey, Seconded by Macpherson Be it resolved that, per Motion No. HC180423-8 of the April 23, 2018 Heritage Committee meeting, the following be listed and added to the Municipal Register of Municipally Significant and/or Cultural Heritage Properties: 1. 134 Shoreline Drive; 2. 1832 Ridge Road West (Heard Tavern); 3. 2022 Ridge Road West; 4. 8 Raikes Street; 5. 2249 Highway 11 North, (Ross house). Motion No. C180509-6 Moved by Jermey, Seconded by Coutanche Be it resolved that, per Motion No. AAC180430-3 of the April 30, 2018 Accessibility Advisory Committee, consideration be given to complete the Carthew Bay Dock replacements to AODA standards. Carried. Motion No. C180509-7 Moved by Macpherson, Seconded by Coutanche Be it resolved that, per Motion No. AAC180430-4 of the April 30, 2018 Accessibility Advisory Committee, the Accessibility Advisory Committee Membership continue with two members for the remaining 2014-2018 term. That the correspondence dated April 13, 2018 from John Maheu, Executive Director, Association of Ontario Road Supervisors re: Recognition, Rick Yule, Certified Road Supervisor Intermediate (CRS -1) certification be received. 2. That Rick Yule be recognized for his certification of Certified Road Supervisor Intermediate (CRS -1) under the Mayor's signature. Carried. 7. Public Meetings: None. 8. Deputations: a) Pat Campbell, President/CEO, Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital re: Future Hospital Projects; Medium Hospital Challenges. That the correspondence dated April 13, 2018 and PowerPoint presentation presented by Pat Campbell, President/CEO, Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital (OSMH) re: Future Hospital Projects; Medium Hospital Challenges be received. 2. That The Township of Oro-Medonte supports the initiatives of the OSMH at no cost to the Township. 3. And That OSMH be advised of Council's decision under the Mayor's signature. Carried. That the correspondence dated April 30, 2018 from Dan Landry, Manager of BR&E and Industrial Development, City of Orillia and correspondence dated April 27, 2018 from Jeff Lees, CAO, Town of Penetanguishene and presented by Andria Leigh, Director, Development Services re: School Board Development Charges be received. 2. That the Council of the Township of Oro-Medonte supports, in its entirety, the Town of Penetanguishene's resolution dated April 25, 2018. 3. That Report No. CS2018-13, Janette Teeter, Deputy Clerk re: Orillia Fish and Game Conservation Club, 2018 50/50 Draws, Request to Waive Lottery License Financial Guarantee Component be received and adopted. 2. That the request to waive the Financial Guarantees/Letter of Credit component for 2018 50/50 draws from the Orillia Fish and Game Conservation Club be approved. 3.
