II 'I !I il Being a By-Law to Authorize the Issuance of a Certificate of Maintenance and Final Acceptance (Aboveground Works) for Sugarbush Phase III - Stage III WHEREAS Council for The Corporation of the Township ofOro entered into a Subdivision Agreement for Sugarbush Phase III - Stage III; AND WHEREAS Bill SI, an Act respecting the Restructuring of the County of Simcoe was passed December 14,1993 and amalgamating that portion ofland upon which Sugarbush Phase III - Stage III is situate; AND WHEREAS the requirements of this Subdivision Agreement have now been met; NOW THEREFORE The Corporation of the Township ofOro-Medonte hereby enacts as follows: 1. That the Certificate of Maintenance and Final Acceptance (Aboveground Works) for Sugarbush Phase III - Stage III Subdivision may now be issued by the Township Engineer (RG. Robinson & Associates) in compliance with the Subdivision Agreement between The Corporation of the Township ofOro and Monica Interior Design Limited. 2. That this By-Law shall come into force and take effect on the final date of passing thereof. READ a first and second time this IS"' day of October, 1997.
