2017-143 By-Law to Amend Zoning Provisions which apply to lands within Con 4, Part of Lots 3 and 4 (Skyline Horseshoe Valley Inc)The Corporation of the Township Of Oro-Medonte By- Law No. 2017-143 A By-law to amend the Zoning provisions which apply to lands within Concession 4, Part of Lots 3 and 4 (former Township of Oro), Township of Oro-Medonte by placing a Holding (H) Provision on the lands. (Skyline Horseshoe Valley Inc.) Roll # 4346-010-002-10800-0000, 4346-010-002-10850-0000, 4346 -010 -002- 10750 -0000,4346 -010 -002-10950-0000,4346-010-002-15986-0000,4346-010- 002-16330-0000 and 4346-010-002-16482-0000 Whereas the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Oro-Medonte is empowered to pass By-laws to regulate the use of land pursuant to Section 36 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13. And Whereas the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Oro- Medonte is empowered to pass By-laws to impose a Holding Provision pursuant to Section 36 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, and c.P.13. And Whereas Council deems it appropriate to rezone the lands to permit the Holding Provision, in accordance with Section E1.4 of the Official Plan and Council Resolution C171108-17; Now Therefore the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Oro- Medonte enacts as follows: Schedule `A15' to Zoning By-law No. 97-95 as amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zone symbol applying to the lands located in Part of Lots 3 and 4, Concession 4, in the former geographic Township of Oro, now in the Township of Oro-Medonte, from Residential One Exception 140 (131 *140) Zone to Residential One Exception 140 Hold (R1*140(H)) Zone as shown on Schedule `A' attached hereto and forming part of this By-law. 2. The lands zoned Residential one Exception 140 Hold (R1*140(H)) shall be subject to a Holding (H) Provision in accordance with Section 2.5 of By-law 97-95, as amended. 3. The Holding Provision shall not be removed until such time as all development related matters associated with a complete application submission in accordance with the policies of Section E1.1 of the Official Plan, servicing, the execution of a Subdivision Agreement, and the issuance of a Certificate of Substantial Completion have been addressed to the satisfaction of the Township of Oro-Medonte. 4. This By-law shall come into effect upon the date of passage hereof, subject to the provisions of the Planning Act, as amended.
