2017-149 By-law to amend the zoning provisions which apply to lands at Lot 8, Plan 860 Township of Oro-Medonte 2017-ZBA-11 (Campbell)The Corporation of the Township Of Oro-Medonte By- Law No. 2017-149 A By-law to amend the zoning provisions which apply to lands at Lot 8, Plan 860 Township of Oro-Medonte 2017-ZBA-11 (Campbell) Whereas the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Oro-Medonte is empowered to pass By-laws to regulate the use of land pursuant to Sections 34 and 36 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13; And Whereas Council deems it appropriate to rezone the subject lands. Now Therefore the Council of the Township of Oro-Medonte hereby enacts as follows: 1. Schedule 'A7' to Zoning By-law 97-95, as amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zone symbol applying to the lands located in Lot 8, Plan 860, Township of Oro-Medonte, from the Shoreline Residential (SR) Zone to an shoreline Residential Exception 282 Hold (SR"282(H)) Zone, as shown on Schedule 'A' attached and forming part of this By-law. 2. Section 7 — Exceptions of Zoning By-law 97-95, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding the following subsection: "7.282'282 —Lot 8, Plan 860, Township of Oro Medonte (Campbell) 7.282.1 Permitted Uses Notwithstanding Table Al —Shoreline Residential Zone and in addition to the permitted uses in the SR Zone, on the lands zoned SR'282 the following uses are permitted: a) Bed and Breakfast Establishment: means a single detached dwelling which is owner occupied and the primary residence of the owner, in which not more than two bedrooms with double occupancy are used or maintained for the accommodation of the travelling or vacationing public, with or without meals. 3. That the Holding Provision shall be removed after the appropriate Development Agreement is approved and registered by the Township. 4. This By-law shall come into effect upon the date of passage hereof, subject to the provisions of the Planning Act, as amended.
