Mayor H.S. Hughes assumed the Chair and called the meeting to order followed by a
moment of reflection.

authority of the Township of Oro-Medonte.
3. And that the applicant be respectfully requested to follow up directly with Hydro One and
advised accordingly under the Mayor's signature.

2. That, further to Motion No. C170614-18 of the June 14, 2017 Council meeting, the
Mayor and Director, Operations & Community Services be authorized to execute the
Amending Agreement dated as of the 11th day of October 2017 with The United
Church of Canada.
3. That draft By -Law No. 2017-134 to authorize entering into an amending agreement
with The United Church of Canada be brought forward for Council's consideration.
4. And That the Director, Operations & Community Services advise the applicant of
Council's decision and proceed accordingly.
