Call to Order - Moment of Reflection: Mayor H.S. Hughes assumed the Chair and called the meeting to order followed by a moment of reflection. 2. Adoption of Agenda: a) Motion to Adopt the Agenda. That the confidential memorandum correspondence dated October 25, 2017 and presented by Donna Hewitt, Director, Corporate Services re: Acquisition/disposition of land (Lake Simcoe Regional Airport) be received. 2. And that staff report back to Council prior to the end of 2017. Carried. That the correspondence dated October 16, 2017 and presented by Magdalena Stapinski re: Hydro Pole Relocation Request, 2 Lakeview Road be received. 2. That Council of the Township of Oro-Medonte confirms the matter is not under the authority of the Township of Oro-Medonte. 3. And that the applicant be respectfully requested to follow up directly with Hydro One and advised accordingly under the Mayor's signature. Carried. 9. Presentations: None. 10. That Report No. F12017-20, Mark DesLauriers, Chief Financial Officer/Treasurer re: Statement of Accounts - September 30, 2017 be received for information only. 2. And that the accounts for the month of September totaling $4,290,036.43 be received. That the correspondence presented by Shawn Binns, Director, Operations & Community Services re: Lot 20, Concession 5, Township Acquisition of Land from the United Church of Canada, Amending Agreement be received. 2. That, further to Motion No. C170614-18 of the June 14, 2017 Council meeting, the Mayor and Director, Operations & Community Services be authorized to execute the Amending Agreement dated as of the 11th day of October 2017 with The United Church of Canada. 3. That draft By -Law No. 2017-134 to authorize entering into an amending agreement with The United Church of Canada be brought forward for Council's consideration. 4.
