2017-131 By-Law to Amend the zoning provisions which apply to lands in Part of the East Half of Lot 26, Concession 5 2017-ZBA-09 (Fluney)The Corporation of the Township Of Oro-Medonte By- Law No. 2017-131 A By-law to amend the zoning provisions which apply to lands in Part of the East Half of Lot 26, Concession 5 (Oro) Township of Oro-Medonte 2017-ZBA-09 (Fluney) Whereas the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Oro-Medonte is empowered to pass By-laws to regulate the use of land pursuant to Sections 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13; And Whereas Council deems it appropriate to rezone the subject lands. Now Therefore the Council of the Township of Oro-Medonte hereby enacts as follows: 1. Section 7 — Exceptions of Zoning By-law 97-95, as amended, is hereby further amended by deleting 7.86 and replacing it with the following: 7.86 "86 Part of the East Half of Lot 26, Concession 5 (Former Oro) Notwithstanding any other provision in this By-law to the contrary, the following provisions shall apply on the lands denoted by the symbol X86 on the schedules to this By-law: a) a maximum of ten (10) dwelling units; b) a minimum of one (1) parking space per every 12.0 square metres (129.1 square feet) of Gross Floor Area for the existing take out restaurant is required. 2. Schedule "A" attached to By-law No. 2017-131 is declared to form a part of this By-law. 3. This By-law shall come into effect upon the date of passage hereof, subject to the provisions of the Planning Act, as amended.
