1. That the PowerPoint Presentation presented by Andria Leigh, Director, Development
Services and Shawn Binns, Director, Operations and Community Services, re:
Archeological Management Plan be received.
2. And That it is recommended to Council that Township staff continue to monitor the
County of Simcoe Archaeological Management Plan and provide input through the
project; and provide updates to Council and Committees for their input and
information.

b) Mayor H.S. Hughes, re: Oro African Church Grounds, Potential Community Garden.

Trust, re: Designations, Oro African Church and St. Thomas Church.

Provincial Heritage Registrar, Ontario Heritage Trust, and presented by Shawn

Church and St. Thomas Church be received.
2. And That it is recommended to Council that staff be directed to coordinate with
Ontario Heritage Trust to confirm a suitable date for a site visit.

Booklet Reproduction.

Community Services, re: Knox Presbyterian Church Booklet Reproduction be
received.
2. That it is recommended to Council that the Knox Presbyterian Church Booklet be
posted on the Township's and Knox Presbyterian Church's website.
3. That the Knox Presbyterian Church Booklet be reproduced by Township Staff upon
request in accordance with the Township Fees & Charges By -Law.
4. And That staff proceed accordingly.
