09 06 2017 2017-ZBA-10 (James & Kimberley Drury)Development Services Committee Minutes — Wednesday, September 6, 2017. d) Notice of Receipt of a Complete Application, Notice of Particulars and Public Access and Notice of a Public Meeting for Proposed Amendment to the Zoning By-law of the Township of Oro-Medonte, South Part of Lot 22, Concession 2 (Oro), Application 2017-ZBA-10 (James & Kimberley Drury). Deputy Mayor Hough called the meeting to order at 6:19 p.m. and explained the public meeting is being is being held in accordance with Section 34 of the Planning Act, to obtain public comment with respect to a proposed Zoning By-law Amendment Application. The purpose of Application 2017-ZBA-10 is to fulfill a condition of approval for Consent Application 2017-B-11, which was granted on April 5, 2017. Notice of the Public Meeting was circulated to the appropriate Agencies and posted on the Township's website on or before July 10, 2017. The following correspondence was received: Township of Oro-Medonte, Manager, Development Engineering dated August 10, 2017; Enbridge Gas Distribution dated August 11, 2017; Simcoe County District School Board dated August 21, 2017. Todd Weatherell, Intermediate Planner, explained the purpose and effect of the proposed amendment. A PowerPoint presentation was presented. The following public persons offered verbal comments with respect to the proposed amendment: Shirley Partridge provided a comment she was available for questions.
