2017-115 By-Law to Amend the Zoning provisions which apply to lands in Part of the East and West Halves of Lots 2 and 3, Concession 9 and Lots 1 to 59, inclusive. 2017-ZBA-04 (Braestone)The Corporation of the Township Of Oro-Medonte By- Law No. 2017-115 A By-law to amend the zoning provisions which apply to lands in Part of the East and West Halves of Lots 2 and 3, Concession 9; and Lots 1 to 59, inclusive, Registered Plan 51 M-1070 and Lots 1 to 59, inclusive, Registered Plan 51 M-1113 (Oro) Township of Oro-Medonte 2017-ZBA-04 (Braestone) Whereas the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Oro-Medonte is empowered to pass By-laws to regulate the use of land pursuant to Sections 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13; And Whereas Council deems it appropriate to rezone the subject lands. Now Therefore the Council of the Township of Oro-Medonte hereby enacts as follows: Section 7 — Exceptions of Zoning By-law 97-95, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding the following after 7.75 d): "e) the maximum first storey floor area for a detached garage shall be 106.8 square metres (1,150.0 square feet). In addition, the maximum floorarea for a 2 -storey detached garage shall be 150.0 square metres (1,615.0 square feet)" 2. Schedule "A" attached to By-law No. 2017-115 is declared to form a part of this By-law. 3. This By-law shall come into effect upon the date of passage hereof, subject to the provisions of the Planning Act, as amended.
