Mayor H.S. Hughes called the meeting to order at 5:33 p.m. and explained the public meeting is being is being held in accordance with Section 34, of the Planning Act, to obtain public comment with respect to a proposed Zoning Amendment Application. The purpose of Application 2017-ZBA-04 is to amend the Residential One Exception 75 (R1*75) Zone to include provisions that would permit detached accessory buildings and structures to be constructed to a maximum floor area of 150 square metres (1,615 square feet). Notice of the Public Meeting was circulated to the appropriate Agencies and posted on the Township's website on or before May 10, 2017.
